At St. Xavier's School, we value your time. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, quick, and hassle-free, blending traditional interaction with a modern digital registration ecosystem.

Registration & Enquiry

Parents can submit an online enquiry via our portal or visit the school reception to procure the Registration Form. A dedicated counselor will assist you with queries.

Interaction / Assessment

Depending on the grade applied for, an informal interaction or a brief baseline assessment is conducted to understand the child's academic and social readiness.

Document Verification

Once shortlisted, parents must submit all required statutory documents (Birth Certificate, TC, Aadhar, etc.) to the school's admission department for verification.

Fee & Confirmation

Upon fee payment, admission is confirmed. The student is instantly allocated an Apar No and parents receive a welcome notification via WhatsApp.

Documents Required

Self-attested copy of Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation).
Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (for Class II and above).
Self-attested copy of the previous year's Report Card / Marksheet.
Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card (Student and Parents).
Four recent passport-size colored photographs of the student.
Two passport-size colored photographs of parents/guardians.

Admissions Subject To Seat Availability

Registration does not guarantee admission. The school reserves the right to grant or deny admission based on the school's criteria, assessment results, and seat vacancy in the respective classes.

Age Criteria

The age of the child should strictly meet the CBSE guidelines for the respective class as on 31st March of the academic session applied for.
