Code of Conduct

Every student is expected to maintain the highest standards of discipline and moral integrity within and outside the school premises.

1. Attendance & Leave Policy

As per CBSE guidelines, a minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in the final examinations.
Leaves must be applied for in advance via the digital ERP portal.
Medical leaves exceeding 3 days require a certified medical document from a registered practitioner.

2. Smart Campus & ID Card Rules

Students must wear their QR-enabled ID cards at all times. The Apar No must be clearly visible.
QR attendance scanning at the main gate is mandatory. Failure to scan will trigger an automated absence alert to parents.
Loss of the smart ID card must be reported immediately to the administration desk for a reissue (charges apply).

3. Uniform & Grooming

Students must wear the prescribed, neat, and ironed school uniform every day.
Sports uniforms are strictly allowed only on designated days or during physical education periods.
Fancy haircuts, makeup, heavy jewelry, and coloring of hair are strictly prohibited.

4. Discipline & Integrity

Mobile phones, smartwatches, and any unauthorized electronic gadgets are strictly banned on campus.
Bullying, use of foul language, or damaging school infrastructure will lead to strict disciplinary action, including suspension.
Any form of malpractice during examinations will result in the immediate cancellation of the paper.
